1: General Note
By Placing an order with Creative Glass Art Clay Shop you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2: Territory
Due to contractual agreements, The Creative Glass Art Clay Shop supplies goods to The United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland only. Customers on mainland Europe should contact one of our branches in Switzerland or Austria.
3: Prices & VAT
Creative Glass Art Clay Shop will keep fixed and competitive pricing where possible. However, currency fluctuations may force us to change our prices without notice. Customers will be notified of changes when placing an order.
- Pricing UK- Customers
When you view a page, all prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling. All prices shown exclude VAT. When you reach the Checkout Page, you will see final totals excluding and including VAT (at the current rate). Books are zero-rated.
- Pricing Republic of Ireland - Customers
Customers in the Republic of Ireland can use the integrated Currency Converter to calculate the price in EUR (shown in brackets). All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate except for companies in possession of a valid VAT-Number. Books are zero-rated. When you reach the Checkout Page, you will see final totals excluding and including VAT. Your credit card will be charged at the rate current on the day of payment
5: Payment
We accept online credit card payment made through Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron and Delta). Your card will not be charged until the goods are packed and ready for despatch. A Paypal account is not necessary.
If you do not wish to use online credit card payment, you can email, fax or telephone your order. If you choose to pay by cheque, bank transfer or money order, your goods will only be despatched after the payment has been cleared into our bank account. All goods remain the property of Creative Glass Art Clay Shop until paid for in full.
6: Shipment
Whilst all orders are subject to availability, we aim to keep all regularly-ordered items in stock and to despatch within three working days of receipt of order. Goods will generally be sent by First Class Royal Mail, but larger shipments may be sent by courier, in which case a signature would be required on delivery. Should any delay occur, for whatever reason, we will not be held liable for any loss incurred by late delivery. The calculation of a delivery time is approximate and does not represent a contract. All goods are shipped at the risk of the purchaser.
7: Shipment Charges
Any order worth over £10.00 (excluding VAT) to a UK address is free.

8: Claims
Each shipment must be inspected immediately on delivery. (If you have to sign for receipt of a shipment, always write ‘Goods Unchecked’ alongside your signature). Claims for short shipments or faulty goods must be made in writing within three working days of receipt of the goods. Claims for damaged or lost goods must be made directly to the carrier.
9: Returns
We feel that you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with an item, according to UK law you have seven days in which you can cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Also according to UK law, that refund has to be made within thirty days of the cancellation, on condition that you have returned the goods unopened and in perfect condition for re-sale. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept responsibility for goods either lost or damaged in return transit.
10: Book Returns
Please note that there are no circumstances under which we accept the return of books.
11: Privacy Policy
The Creative Glass Art Clay Shop respects customer privacy and will never release details to another company or any other third party.
12: General Note
Whilst we provide all information on this website as supplied to us in good faith, we cannot be held responsible for errors or misinformation. Should the need arise, Creative Glass Art Clay Shop reserves the right to change these Term & Conditions without notice.
