Shipment
On stock items will be despatched within three working days of receipt of order.
Certain delivery areas in Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and postal codes IV, KW and Islands can cause the prices shown below to vary.
If you live in one of these places, or in a remote area, we will contact you with your shipment price upon receipt of your order.
Due to contractual agreements, we do not offer a shipment service to mainland Europe.
Shipment Costs
All charges shown are First Class Royal Mail unless otherwise shown.
UNITED KINGDOM:
Any order over £10.00 (excluding VAT) to a UK address is FREE.
Any order under £10.00 (excluding VAT) is subject to a £1.25 charge.
Individual items (such as kilns or polishers) weighing more than 1 kg and up to 15 kg
will be shipped to a UK address by next-day courier service at £9.99 plus VAT.
Items above 15 kg will be charged at the above, plus 40p per extra kg plus VAT to UK addresses.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:
Any order over €15.00 to The Republic of Ireland will be subject to a €2.50 charge.
Any order under €15.00 will be subject to a €5.00 charge.
Individual items (such as kilns or polishers) weighing more than 1 kg and up to 15 kg
will be shipped to The Republic of Ireland on a 1-3 day courier service at €38.00.
Items to The Republic of Ireland above 15 kg will be charged at the above, plus €1.00 per extra kg.
